29 weeks

Scarlett's dresser: It took 3 days to complete, but very happy with the finished product.

I made the wall hanging above her crib, but I wish you could see the detail on the "S" and little birds. I also still have to get a crib skirt.

How far along: 29 weeks
Weight Gain: 21 lbs (I have to keep repeating to myself "It's baby. Not fat.", but it sure is hard to see the number rising each week)
Baby Heartbeat: 150 bpm
Belly Measuring: 31 weeks
Blood Glucose Test: PASSED!

Clothes: I'm so sick of stretchy pants! I'm ready to wear loose fitting sundresses and sandals.
Sleep: I'm waking up every 2 hours or so. I also get really hot in the middle of the night. I sleep with 2 fans blowing on me, just a sheet, and the air turned down low. Alex is just having to layer with blankets and a sweat shirt because he claims I'm freezing him to death.
Symptoms: My lower back starts to ache after walking for a while, my hips are a little sore, easily out of breath, fatigue is coming back, her kicks are starting to make me uncomfortable, and emotional. Some good things that are going on: My hair is the best it's ever been (thick, shiny, and more full) and my skin is looking pretty good these days.
Food Cravings: Guacamole and lime tortilla chips, italian subs, diet coke, and cinnamon toast crunch (I actually ate it 3 or 4 times the other day).
Food Aversions: Chinese food
Best Moments This Week: Super Bowl party at our house, decorating and organizing Scarlett's room, and passing my glucose test!
Looking Forward to: Celebrating Alex's birthday this coming weekend

Baby Size Comparison: Acorn Squash
